Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Flex Operations Associate to pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized at our local DashMart site. You will support Dashers and customers with fast, reliable service and follow safety and quality standards.

You can pick up shifts via our scheduling app, with a 2–hour onboarding and a 4-hour training shift. We offer competitive pay, PTO, health benefits for full-time staff, gym reimbursement, DashPass, and career advancement

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders through the app and handing off to drivers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables and shelf-life.
• Warehouse organization and keeping the area clean and efficient.
• Assist with substitutions to delight customers.
