Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate for a part-time role. You will pick, pack, and hand off orders to Dashers, inspect inventory, and organize the warehouse while maintaining high standards for freshness and safety. You’ll also align with the leadership team and complete onboarding shifts to start.

You’ll work mornings, days, evenings, or weekends with two shifts per month minimum, and gain access to benefits like paid sick time and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Reliability and communication are key—show up on time and complete each shift.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders; pack the order and hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and manage shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and upkeep of the facility.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight customers.
