Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local-fulfillment center, hires part-time Variable Schedule Operations Associates to pick/pack orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized. Shifts are flexible, with at least two shifts per month and one onboarding shift.

Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented and have experience in grocery, food service or warehouse roles. Lifting up to 50 lbs and working in refrigerated areas are required, with access to benefits and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Reliable, positive and team-oriented behavior.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Detail-oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stock receivables and shelf life.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight customers.
