Job summary

DashMart is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders in a real store environment. You will use the scheduling app to pick shifts, with at least one shift every two weeks and a minimum of four hours per shift. Training includes onboarding and a 4-hour on-the-job shift within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with excellent communication.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders; hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
