Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate to fulfill orders, stock, and maintain a clean warehouse at our local DashMart store. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and keep operations efficient. Training is provided, and you’ll join a reliability-minded team working a flexible two-shift-per-month schedule.

You can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior grocery/warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reliability and teamwork are essential.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders as they come through the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management including shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and upkeep.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight shoppers.
