Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, confidently recommending tech products and services to customers. You’ll be trained to assist with product demonstrations, answer questions, process purchases, returns and exchanges, and help customers with pickup orders.

The role emphasizes a friendly, customer-first approach, ongoing learning, and staying knowledgeable across departments. Flexible scheduling, including holidays and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
