Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assisting with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and cards according to policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Delivers customer service: greeting, fitting room policies, ringing in customers, and inviting return.
• Follows safety procedures.
• Keeps a professional appearance and wears name tag.
• Assists with merchandising on the sales floor.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention procedures and reports incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
