Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR/ASM responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to maintain a clean, stocked, and well-kept site.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and coaching.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Ensure timely communication to employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize files, reports, and ensure accurate and on-time reporting.
• Oversee merchandise stocking, display, pricing, and compliance with posters.
