Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking, organization and image per company standards.
• Maintain professional and supportive relationships with staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and adhere to guidelines.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, and coaching.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely and clear internal communications with all site employees and Market Manager.
• Evaluate action plans to meet site objectives and organize files and manuals.
• Oversee reporting accuracy and ensure proper inventory and merchandise presentation.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; manage margins.
