Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides information to store management by recapping promotional activity and opportunities.
• Manages costs by educating managers on procedures for controlling merchandise, salaries, and expenses.
• Collaborates with Marketing to implement promotions and new product introductions.
• Leads recruitment, training, and development of store staff; coaches for issue resolution.
• Ensures store profitability by managing cash, stock, and other controllable expenses.
