Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities described.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes.
• Ability to supervise store functions and manage reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and compliant with Company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices during hiring, training and coaching.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive public image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, inventory control, and financial analysis.
