Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Pea Ridge, Arkansas is seeking Sales Associates who keep our store welcoming and running smoothly for every customer who walks in.

You’ll greet customers at the register, master lottery, cigarette and alcohol sales with age verification, upsell when possible, and keep the store clean inside and out.

We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, a 401(k), advancement opportunities, and a pay rate of $12.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow store policies and age verification rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the register with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment inside and outside.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliant age verification.
• Upsell products when appropriate to increase sales.
• Stock shelves and displays; assist other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and team-oriented work habits.
