Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a Cashier/Sales Associate for Store 4319 in Fayetteville, AR. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, and ensuring a clean, safe store environment.

You will handle lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol sales with proper age verification, upsell where appropriate, stock and tidy displays, and may cross-train in other departments. Flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Stay on feet for most of shift and work indoors/outdoors in all weather.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (10 lbs frequently).
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol with proper age verification.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and lot area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; keep merchandise fresh.
• Cross-train in other departments, if needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist where needed.
