Job summary

GPM Investments, located in Crossett, AR, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to keep our store welcoming and running smoothly. You’ll greet customers, operate the register, and ensure compliance with age-verification for lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean store, restocking shelves, and assisting across departments as needed. A friendly, reliable attitude and willingness to work weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reliable, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep store clean inside and outside, including restrooms and pump area.
• Stock shelves and displays; maintain a neat, functional store.
• Be a team player and cross-train in other duties as needed.
