Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring a part-time Cashier/Sales Associate for Store 4228 in Fayetteville, AR. You will greet customers, run the register, assist with lottery/alcohol sales, stock and clean the store, and help in other departments as needed, while upholding safety standards and delivering friendly service.

Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required. Prior retail experience is a plus, with on-the-job training provided. Weekly pay and benefits are available where offered by the store.

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Clear communication in English
• Basic math proficiency
• Pre-employment screening and background check required
• Friendly, dependable and flexible for a fast-paced environment
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, on-the-job training provided

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately and quickly
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification
• Upsell customers when possible to increase sales
• Keep store clean and safe inside and out, including restrooms and pumps
• Stock shelves, coolers and displays to maintain an attractive layout
• Maintain entryways, windows and floors through sweeping and mopping
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player and assist where needed
