Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing in Madison, WI is seeking Resident Assistants for flexible scheduling across local assisted living facilities, memory care units, skilled nursing, and hospitals. You choose when and where to work, and we provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities include personal care, vitals, mobility, meals, and safety; you will join a care team and receive training and back-up from our office for a smooth schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required.
• Compliance training or ability to obtain training for long-term care/assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs (bath, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support patients with feeding and nutritional intake.
• Take vitals and monitor health indicators; report changes to staff.
• Assist with ambulation, repositioning, and safety; work as part of a care team.
• Observe patients and communicate concerns to appropriate staff.
