Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing helps Resident Assistants find flexible opportunities in Madison, including per diem, contract, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and block scheduling. You choose when and where to work, with support from a nationwide staffing network.

You’ll assist residents with daily personal care, monitor health indicators, and collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and other caregivers. The role offers competitive pay based on facility and shift, plus CEU opportunities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take vitals, monitor basic health indicators, and report changes in condition.
• Work as part of a care team that may include RNs, LPNs, physicians, and other aides.
• Observe patients and notify appropriate staff of any care or behavioral concerns.
