Interim HealthCare Staffing in Wisconsin is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care in local assisted living facilities. You choose when and where you work, with flexible scheduling and per diem, contract, or temp-to-hire options.

Duties include bathing, dressing, mobility support, meal assistance, vitals, and reporting changes. Requires high school diploma, CPR certification, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training provided and supportive office team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification.
• Compliance training to work in long-term care (provided by Interim).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients safely.
• Good communication skills and a dependable, compassionate nature.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and patients with daily personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support patients with feeding and nutritional intake.
• Perform light tasks related to ambulation, repositioning, and safety.
• Take vitals, monitor basic health indicators, and report changes in condition.
• Work as part of a care team that may include RNs, LPNs, physicians, and other aides.
• Observe patients and notify appropriate staff of any care or behavioral concerns.
