Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver high-quality therapy to residents, improving mobility and independence, while documenting progress and coordinating with the rehab team.

The role offers PRN scheduling with flexible hours, potential to transition to full-time, and a supportive, team-oriented rehab environment in a 102-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required).
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
