Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an assembler/assembly technician for Leominster, MA. You will perform precision assembly on components, following detailed instructions and schematics, while using a range of hand tools, power tools, fixtures and soldering equipment as required.

Key duties include quality inspections, wiring/soldering tasks when applicable, and rapid adaptation to different client production environments for short-term mandates. This role supports a flexible shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in precision assembly or electronics assembly is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Willingness to work on variable shifts and adapt to different client environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision or repetitive assembly tasks following schematics or work instructions.
• Safely use hand and power tools, fixtures and equipment as required.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of assembled parts.
• Perform basic wiring, soldering, or harnessing as needed.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new procedures across short-term mandates.
