Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an Assembly Technician for A-Shift in Fairport, NY. You will set up and operate assembly equipment including hydraulic presses, staking, drill presses, and welding machines.

You will rotate across cells, pack finished products, and maintain a clean, safe work area while contributing to cell improvements. Requirements include proficient English reading/writing, MSDS/standard work instruction comprehension, and 1+ year in assembly or lean manufacturing with strong manual

Qualifications

• Proficient English reading and writing; able to read MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• Minimum 1 year in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools and devices to read measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly equipment (e.g., hydraulic presses, staking, drill presses, welding machines).
• Rotate in other work cells as directed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Pack finished product for shipment and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Participate in cell improvements and implement changes.
• Follow established quality standards and procedures.
