Ralliant seeks an Assembler in Fairport, NY for the A-Shift (7:00am-3:30pm). You will set up and operate assembly equipment and rotate through cells to support production goals.

Responsibilities include packing finished products, maintaining a safe, clean workspace, and contributing to cell improvements while adhering to quality standards. Minimum 1 year in assembly/lean manufacturing; HS diploma preferred; strong English skills required.

Formación

• Must read MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assembly or lean manufacturing.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and to read measuring devices.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
• Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Packs finished product for shipment.
• Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Acts in cell improvements and follows quality standards.
