Job summary

Fhnb is seeking a customer-focused bank teller to join our branch team. Under direct supervision, you will handle cash transactions, advise customers on banking products, and support daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires high school completion (or equivalent) and an ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual abilities and prior retail or service experience are pluses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment and handle cash transactions.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services to support financial success.
• Follow bank policies and ensure accurate daily balancing of transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, money orders, wires, and CDs; cross-sell bank services.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers, with professionalism.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; work under supervision in support of branch goals.
