Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent or currently in school.
Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to pass background investigation.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service in a high-volume sales environment, handling cash receipts and payments.
Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
Follow policies and contribute to personal monthly new account production.
Assist in in-store prospecting and cross-sell bank services.
Process deposits and withdrawals, balance daily operations, and issue receipts.
Enter transactions, issue money orders and wires, and handle Western Union services.
Support a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers.
