Responsibilities include cross-selling bank products, adhering to policies, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ with high school diploma or currently in high school.
• Six months of work experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume environment, handling cash receipts and payments.
• Evaluate customer relationships and suggest bank products and services to support financial success.
• Follow bank policies and contribute to monthly new account production.
• Cross-sell bank services and assist diverse customers, including Spanish speakers.
• Process deposits, verify transactions, balance daily operations, and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs; process Western Union wires.
