Job summary

Fhnb is seeking an entry-level Teller to provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume bank branch. You will handle cash transactions, assist customers with deposits and withdrawals, and balance daily activity while following established bank procedures.

The role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age, and able to communicate clearly in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume environment.
• Assess customer needs and offer bank products and services accordingly.
• Follow bank policies and procedures and balance daily transactions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as directed by management.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers.
