Andwell Health Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Norway, ME to develop and implement client care plans. This full-time position involves working with clients in their homes, promoting their rights and aiding in decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s and/or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• One year of clinical Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Current O.T. License in State of Maine.

Responsibilities

• Develop occupational therapy plan of care with measurable outcomes.
• Provide education about client's rights and responsibilities.
• Assess client’s needs and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
