BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team. We offer flexible schedules, caring support, and a chance to make a real difference in clients' lives.

You'll provide daily living assistance, companionship, and light housekeeping in Concord, Lexington, Bedford, Billerica, Carlisle, Woburn and Weston. We offer weekly pay, competitive hourly wages, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• HHAs must have valid/verifiable Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable educational program.
• Preferred: one year of documented caregiver/home care experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
