Job summary
BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and caregivers to join a team that values care for clients as much as for employees. Multiple shifts available with full-time, part-time, and per diem options in Concord, Lexington, Woburn and surrounding towns.
Position offers competitive hourly pay up to $23, with weekly pay and RN supervision, plus opportunities for advancement and training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- HHA certificate from a reputable program is required.
- One year caregiver/home care experience preferred is noted.
- CPR certification and TB skin test or chest x-ray required.
- Background check and drug screening must be passed.
- Driver with insured vehicle and proof of insurance preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report changes in health and well‑being.
- Follow care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and transportation as needed.
