BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our compassionate team. You will provide in-home care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities to clients in surrounding communities. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, RN oversight, weekly pay, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable program.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferred: one year of caregiver/home care experience.
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist mobility.
• Read, write, speak and understand English; HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in health and well-being.
• Follow care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
