Job summary
BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care across surrounding MA communities. You will support daily living activities, offer companionship, and help with mobility and safety under RN supervision.
We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay up to $21/hr, 24/7 nurse support, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Home Health Aide certificate from a reputable program.
- CPR certification required.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Valid driver with reliable vehicle preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support; engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Assist with meal prep and light housekeeping.
- Monitor health and report changes; follow care plans for safety.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
