Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to support guest experiences in our stores. You can work as much or as little as you like, creating a flexible schedule by picking shifts via the myTime app.

Attendance and responsiveness are essential, and shifts must be logged regularly to stay active. As a Guest Advocate, you’ll help guests, handle returns, guide them to services, and stay compliant with store policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail is a plus.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and delivering friendly service.
• Assist guests with locating products and services and resolving issues.
• Handle returns and exchanges following store policies with courtesy and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and help teammates as needed.
