Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests at various distances and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver a great guest experience
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest service and follows the service standards
• Scan and bag all items efficiently and safely, complying with safety standards
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Introduce guests to current brand launches and services like Wallet within the Target App
• Handle returns and assist with orders (OPU/Drive Up) with leadership support as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and restock as required
• Remain compliant with safety policies and training and report hazards when found
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up while complying with policies
• Perform other duties as needed by the business
