DashMart uses a scheduling app for variable shifts and requires at least one shift every two weeks with higher night premiums.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and committed to fresh food quality and safety.
• Reliable, positive, team-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders; pack and hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and manage shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and upkeep.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved.
