Job summary

DashMart is a local-fulfillment center operated by DoorDash. The team fulfills orders for Dashers in a real store environment, with shifts scheduled every two weeks and openings posted weekly. You will pick, pack, manage inventory and keep the warehouse organized while ensuring customer-approved substitutions.

We emphasize reliability, teamwork, and a focus on fresh food quality and safety. The role includes on-site duties, an onboarding shift, and access to benefits and a supportive leadership

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Holds a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand it off to Dashers.
• Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Warehouse Organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight Customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved by the customer.
