Job summary

DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers essentials and other items to their doorsteps. As a Variable Schedule Operations Associate you will pick up shifts through the scheduling app, with two shifts per month minimum and a 4-hour onboarding/training block.

You will primarily pick and pack orders, manage inventory, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure customer-approved substitutions.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management of stock and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
