Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical exposure during training.
• Demonstrates sincere care for ill, aged, and infirm.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to interact respectfully with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and periodically to provide care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct service.
• Report missing ID bands to admission staff immediately.
• Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables, keep areas tidy.
• Ensure water pitchers are filled and reachable for residents.
• Assist with other related duties as directed by nursing leadership.
