Job summary

Shaner Group is seeking a friendly hospitality professional to assist servers and ensure quality food and beverage service in our hotel operations, following established standards.

You will maintain table and service area cleanliness, stock wares, and communicate effectively with the General Manager, department managers, supervisors, and staff. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
