Job summary

Shaner Group is seeking a courteous Room Service Attendant to deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a hotel setting. You will assist with the Room Service area and equipment, ensuring safety and quality according to brand standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar customer-facing position, the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar public-facing role.
• Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food and beverage orders to guest rooms per hotel specs.
• Assists in the maintenance of the Room Service area and equipment.
• Communicates with General Manager and department staff.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
