Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Augusta, GA is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST). This hybrid role balances customer service with basic vehicle services like oil, tires, and fluids, and serves as a key pipeline for future advancement within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will rotate between front counter and back shop tasks, learn store operations, and ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and timely service. Pay range is $14.40 to $21.51 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• Growth and career development role: may assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty and learn all store operations.
