Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Kentucky is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST). This hybrid role blends customer service with basic vehicle service tasks and store duties to deliver friendly, efficient service and drive sales.

Pay range is $14.40 to $21.51 per hour, with opportunities to learn, grow, and pursue ASE certifications through on-the-job training. Eligible teammates receive benefits and a path to future leadership within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
