Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Augusta, GA is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST). This hybrid role blends customer service with basic vehicle tasks, serving customers by assessing needs and recommending products and services, while completing oil, tire and fluid services as required.

The position supports store operations and may advance to Manager-On-Duty. Pay range quoted: $14.40 to $21.51 per hour, with benefits including health, paid time off, ASE certifications,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid automobile driver's license.
Customer service and career growth mindset.
Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
