Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant for roles across Brentwood and Essex. You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups and assist teachers with lesson delivery in various school settings.

Flexible days, weekly pay, and opportunities to work across primary, secondary, and early years environments are offered, with supportive SLT teams and ongoing consultant support to match you with suitable roles.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
