Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard client sites across healthcare, education, and finance sectors. You will perform patrols on foot or in vehicle, respond to incidents, and use our shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits your availability.

This flexible role offers weekly pay, opportunities to gain site experience across industries, and room for growth while maintaining compliance with post orders and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Be at least 18 years of age (or 21 if armed).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Monitor entrances and exits to property and ensure authorization for removal of property.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and maintain logs as required by post.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
