Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to patrol and safeguard client sites across various industries. You’ll use our shift‑pickup platform to claim open shifts that fit your availability, building site experience and growth while contributing to a secure environment.

This role offers flexible hours, direct interaction with the public and colleagues, and opportunities to gain hands‑on experience in healthcare, education, and finance sectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed).
• Reliable and adaptable to different posts.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; deter unauthorized access.
• Observe and report suspicious activities; write logs/reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Issue emergency notifications as per site orders.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with police/fire easily.
• Maintain safety and security per post orders.
• Work flexible shifts with possible short notice.
