Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect clients across industries including Healthcare, Education and Finance. You will use our shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits your availability while gaining site experience.

This role may require irregular shifts and provides hands-on experience, growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to a team dedicated to safety and service excellence across communities we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal policies.
• Ability to operate radio/console and communicate clearly with the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rules and monitor entrances/exits.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor access.
• Observe departing personnel to protect property and ensure proper removals.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
