Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Full-Time Security FLEX Officer for a facility located in Trenton, NJ. The position offers an hourly starting rate of $18.29 plus $5.55 for health and welfare, with FLEX shift opportunities to build a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring entrances, and responding to incidents. Candidates must have 2+ years of security experience or equivalent, and be prepared for background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Monitor entrances and exits and verify authorized access.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs.
