Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Full-Time Security FLEX Officer for a facility in Trenton, NJ. Starting salary is $18.29 per hour plus $5.55 for health and welfare.

The FLEX shift entails patrols, access control, and prompt response to incidents to protect people and property. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable security experience, valid driver's license where applicable, and a background check with a drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check required by law; drug screen may be required.
• Must be 18+ (21 if armed in some states).
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or client vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unsafe conditions and report them.
• Sound alarms and notify police or fire department if needed.
• Monitor entrances and exits and permit authorized access.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
