Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, notifying hotel personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, meeting spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately while maintaining a professional hospitality presence.
