Allied Universal is hiring an armed Security Officer – Site Flex in Tucson, AZ. This part-time role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $23.00 per hour. The position requires at least 21 years old, a valid armed guard card, and HS diploma or equivalent, with opportunities to grow within the industry leader.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff and vendors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and following post orders.
• Conduct armed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points and perimeters.
• Monitor access, verify visitor authorization, and report suspicious activity.
• Prepare reports and maintain incident and patrol documentation.
